Achieving "wellness" is an active and dynamic process of becoming aware, taking responsibility, and making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life. It is also an individual journey that requires a personalized approach. Finding someone to help you on this journey is essential as loving support, feedback, and guidance are crucial to the challenging and life-long process of gaining awareness and making positive change in your life.

I am passionate about holistic therapy, based on personal experience and thousands of hours working with clients. Along with traditional psychotherapy, my melded approach may include mind/body work, yoga, mindfulness and/or coaching to best help you navigate your personal journey to wellness.

I work with college students and adults, and specialize in working with women around prenatal/postpartum issues. I would be honored to join and support you on your own personal journey.
