Own Your Happiness : A 6 Week Series

Research tells us that happy people are healthier, live longer, have more friendships, are more productive, more creative, and have more fun. But what is happiness exactly and how can we be happier? 

Taking ownership of your happiness starts with understanding what happiness actually is and then learning how to cultivate it through awareness and practice. Led by Sarah Harmon, yoga/mindfulness teacher, psychotherapist and co-founder of www.witproject40.com, this 6-session series enables positive change in one's life, and with their physical, mental and emotional health.

The series will increase awareness of one's own habits and participants will learn ways to  take more responsibility and initiative on all levels - personal, health, and work. Come with an open mind and a willingness to explore and develop yourself in a supportive setting.

I found the Own Your Happiness series to be very effective in catalyzing positive changes in my daily life and relationships.
