In this workshop, yoga teacher and athlete Sarah Lowell Harmon, and special guest, Boston Marathon runner/coach and physical trainer, Sarah Lucas will teach you about the benefits of yoga and how you can safely and efficiently incorporate it into your daily routine and training program. You will learn a variety of tools and sequences to take with you, as well as information about yoga as a mental training tool. Whether your a casual runner or are working towards a marathon, this workshop will help promote the longevity of your running.
