This workshop is for those who have tight shoulders, necks or upper backs, experience headaches, or anyone that is looking to de-stress. You will be guided through a variety of self-massage techniques using Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls and restorative yoga poses to alleviate tension and pain, and improve mobility. The tools and techniques you will learn can be used any time, anywhere to roll your way to some relief. Be prepared to leave the workshop feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and with new tools to self-treat your neck, upper back and shoulders. No experience necessary. All bodies welcome!
