Smartphones. They can be our best friends and worst enemies. Is your phone the first thing you reach for in the morning, and basically all day long? Do you pick up your phone and then wonder where 45 minutes went as you mindlessly scrolled social media? Have you ever said to yourself that you want to spend less time on your phone, but aren’t quite sure how to do that? This workshop is an opportunity to address all these questions by first tuning into your current relationship with your phone and understanding how it’s working for and against you. Numerous strategies to develop a more mindful and healthier relationship with your smartphone/social media will be discussed and practiced. We will also do a short “text thumb/neck" self-massage/yoga sequence to address the negative physical impact of endless scrolling!
